Twenty Customers Averaging $124 MillionNarrow moat
Palantir Technologies (PLTR) — moat facet
Palantir's twenty largest customers now average $124 million a year each, up two-thirds in twelve months.
The top of Palantir's customer list is where expansion is most visible. The average revenue from its top twenty customers over the twelve months to June 2026 was $124 million, up 67%1. At the end of 2020 the figure was $33.2 million2; it was $93.9 million for 2025, up 45%3.
The twenty together are a large business. At the 2025 average they produced about $1,878 million, 42% of revenue4. At the June 2026 average, about $2.5 billion over twelve months5.
The growth confirms what net dollar retention of 157%6 says: customers who start with Palantir expand fast. Management described a multinational technology company signing "a three-year contract worth nearly $370 million"7, the kind of commitment that lifts this average.
The concentration within the twenty is not disclosed, and the list mixes governments and companies. The rising average means the top twenty carry more revenue each year even while the top three's share holds at 16%8.
The average has almost tripled in five years. It was $43.6 million in 20219 and $124 million by June 202610, about 2.8 times as much11. Palantir's largest customers are not the same size they were; they have grown with the platform.
Keep the average in view. Growth of 67% is extraordinary; if it slows below the growth of total revenue, the largest customers have started to plateau, and Palantir's expansion would have to come from the long tail.
Top-twenty average up 67% to $124M.
Expansion in the largest accounts; growth below total revenue growth would mean they are plateauing.
