Synektik's tracer licence abroad is too small to show up in the accounts.

The Glunektik licence proves the product can travel; it does not yet prove it earns much. Synektik has not disclosed the upfront payment or royalties1, and the Baltic PET market is small: Estonia has two PET scanners2.

Radiopharmaceuticals barely leave Poland.

Radiopharmaceuticals remain a Polish business. The segment's export sales were 0,9 million złoty in the nine months to June 2026, against 150,5 million złoty for the equipment segment3.

A licence also teaches the licensee how to make the product, which is a small risk for a registered medicine.

The group's strategy describes radiopharmaceutical production as a regional business, in contrast to the national reach of distribution and the European reach it wants for IT4. A licence to a Latvian producer is the regional strategy at its smallest scale.

Radiopharmaceutical exports still near zero in two years would say the licence was a footnote.
